Classical Mat Pilates w/ Sabrina

Pilates draws inspiration from the core principles of Pilates, which are deeply rooted in yoga, classical Joseph Pilates, and Stott Pilates. At times, students will find use of props to support and deepen their ROM. Other times, students will use body weight to build strength, stamina, and over time, a strong breathing practice. Alignment combined with breath-to-movement is the main highlight of each class. All levels and ages are welcome.

Yoga Flow w/ Michele

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that emphasizes the coordination of movement with breath, creating a continuous flow between poses. It is often referred to as "flow" yoga due to the smooth transitions between postures. The term "vinyasa" comes from Sanskrit, meaning "to place in a special way," and it encompasses various styles, including Ashtanga and power yoga. This practice can vary in pace and intensity, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
