Fitness Center Reservation
Reservations required for all fitness classes. All members REQUIRED to check-in at the Fitness office. After equipment use, members are required to disinfect and sanitize equipment. The fitness center is restricted to individuals 12 years of age and older. Children under 12 are not permitted to use the facility. Individuals aged 12 and 13 may use the fitness center only under direct parental supervision and with a signed minor release form on file. Those 14 years of age and older may access the fitness center provided a signed minor release form is on file. No call/no show CLASS cancellations will be charged a $10 fee. Guest fee: $12 per guest and must be accompanied by member. Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5 AM - 8 PM. Tuesday and Thursday: 6 AM - 9 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM - 5 PM.

This water aerobics class is a low impact workout that takes place in the pool. The resistance of the water helps to tone muscles and improve cardiovascular health while reducing stress on the joints. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be a fun way to stay active.

Power yoga with Georg is our most challenging yoga offered. The benefits include building internal heat, stress reduction, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility. All levels are encouraged to participate. Instructor provides modifications as necessary.

Our body weight class has to offer the following. The benefits of this class including energy boost and developing your skill set. Mainly using body weight, since your body is your temple. Focusing on inner and outer strength, agility, and positive mentality. All levels are encouraged to participate as instructor provides modifications if necessary.
