Cardio Step with Julie

Cardio Step with Julie Wednesdays 9am - 10:15am $12 per class Cardio Step, also referred to as step aerobics, is a classic cardio workout utilizing a raised platform. Classes typically begin with a dynamic floor warm-up followed by choreographed moves synchronized with music. The workout is then followed by stretching exercises designed to elongate and strengthen muscles. The session concludes with a cool-down period to relax and reduce heart rate. No experience required! Julie will guide and assist you every step of the way. By the end, you'll walk away feeling energized from a fantastic cardio workout.
